    I was on a trip to West Texas from Austin and an ignition light came on my Chevy Colorado. I pull into your service dept. Wyatt used the diagnostic meter and said it was with emission, he said said he had a service person look at it. Wyatt came back and they had the part and could fix it. They fixed it and I was on my way in less than 2 hrs. Wyatt alway told what procedure was going to cost, before he did anything. I was SO IMPRESSED with the service. I live in Austin but next time I am looking for a vehicle I will definitely look into Hoffpauir Chevrolet.

    It was easy to get an appointment time, service was completed in a timely manner. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I have noticed that all GM dealerships have quit putting down a paper floor mat. Everytime, I go in I have to remove grease stains from my floor mats.

    I have a diesel truck. it is difficult to find a shop equipped to handle routine repairs on a diesel. I set up an appointment, delivered the truck and had a call that pm that the truck was ready. Clear explanation of the issue upon pickup.
