My daughter was in need of a new car as hers was getting up in age and miles. She will be off to college soon so we visited HOFFPAUIR Chevrolet where we met Brian. The whole process was painless and we will be using them again when it is time for me to purchase a new truck. Great staff who are also down to earth wholesome folks!!!

I was on a trip to West Texas from Austin and an ignition light came on my Chevy Colorado. I pull into your service dept. Wyatt used the diagnostic meter and said it was with emission, he said said he had a service person look at it. Wyatt came back and they had the part and could fix it. They fixed it and I was on my way in less than 2 hrs. Wyatt alway told what procedure was going to cost, before he did anything. I was SO IMPRESSED with the service. I live in Austin but next time I am looking for a vehicle I will definitely look into Hoffpauir Chevrolet.

It was easy to get an appointment time, service was completed in a timely manner. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I have noticed that all GM dealerships have quit putting down a paper floor mat. Everytime, I go in I have to remove grease stains from my floor mats.
