    Called and talked to Wyatt about 3 recalls he looked up my truck ordered parts not in stock and called me to set up appointment. Came in 1-14-26 for recalls Wyatt explained that some 2022 , 2023 & 2024 2500hd Duramax’s have a transmission recall , l asked Wyatt if he could check if my 2022 has a transmission recall he did and it does not. All during my calls and interactions with Wyatt he was very professional & knowledgeable . I worked in sales and service for over 34 years and was very impressed with Wyatt. I have known Lee Smith for many years y’all have some very good employees.

    The customer service rep is not to blame for my 1-star rating, because your dealership is the worst. I bought 2 Chevy Silverados from you guys in the past 4 years, and both had terrible transmissions. But I will never be back. Chevy Silverados are terrible trucks, and I can't believe my truck has only a little over 50,000 miles on it and already has electrical/transmission issues. I will never be back to your dealership.

    Oil change was done in a short time. i don't know if any other fluid checks were done or other checks which used to be called a 24 point check.
